HAPPY COMPUTER SCIENCE WEEK! dear readers. This entire week celebrate the joy of coding . I usually chill out in front of my computer , watching computer programming videos or write programs. While watching this all cool computer coding videos , having snacks beside me is mandatory. I do not worry about how much calories these snacks beside me carry, I just keep on stuffing them in my mouth.
So today I am going to teach you two delicious mug cake recipes . At the end of this blog, i will give the link to the inspiring computer coding playlist by Karlie Kloss which will inspire to code while eating your mug cake.
CHOCOLATE BROWNIE:
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 3 tbs of all purpose flour
- Vanilla essence
- Cocoa powder
- 2 tbs of Sugar
- 1 tbs of baking powder
- 2 tbs of oil
- 1 tbs of water
Preparation:
Step 1: Mix the egg , vanilla essence,and sugar in one bowl
Step 2:Mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl. Put cocoa powder in the dry mixture to your heart’s content.
Step 3: Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. If the mixture is too runny , add more flour to it.And if it is too thick add some milk. Do not worry, brownie batters are a little bit runny.
Step 4: Microwave it for 2 minutes microwave in a proof mug . If you are confused the brownie is cooked or not , just pierce a knife through it, and if the knife comes out clean, its done!!!!
BANANA CAKE:
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 4 tbs of all purpose flour
- Vanilla essence
- Semi mashed banana(you know what I am saying, right)
- 2 tbs of Sugar
- 1 tbs of baking powder
- 2 tbs of oil
- 1 tbs of water
Preparation:.
Step 1: Mix the egg , vanilla essence,and sugar in one bowl
Step 2:Mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl. Put banana mash in the dry mixture to your heart’s content. I only added 4 mashed banana pennies.
Step 3: Mix the wet and dry ingredients together. If the mixture is too runny , add more flour to it.And if it is too dry add some milk.
Step 4: Microwave it for 2 minutes microwave in a proof mug . If you are confused the brownie is cooked or not , just pierce a knife through it, and if the knife comes out clean, its done!!!!
